Can I present my case without becoming a member?

Yes you can.  Any body can present his or her case through the Internet without becoming a member.  However, members enjoy additional benefits.  For example, it is about 35% cheaper for members to get their project researched than for non-members.  Members do not have to worry about payment each time they ask a question.  They can also give their “question right” to their friends or loved ones as gift.  From time to time, there will be promotions that are designed for members only.

How do I present my cases and get reports?

It is very simple.  You come to our website and type in the question that you want to ask.  You do not have to be a member to ask questions.   Just click the button "Enter your request" and then type you request in the provided window.  As soon as you submit your request, we will receive it and start working on it.  If you become a member, you will receive a discount price for the service.  Members will login with their user name and password.  This will lead them to their own web page on our site.  They can then type in their questions and click the submit button.  After we complete the research on the requested topic, we will either email or post the report on the Internet according to the customer's request.  Either way, the questions and reports are highly confidential and nobody will have access to them.  Alternatively, you may ask questions by phone or fax.  The answers can be delivered to you by fax or mail.
